Marketing Manager

We are looking for for an all-rounder, “technical marketer” to join our team as Marketing Manager.

There will be a focus on Digital Advertising activity but responsabilities will range from creating and optimising automations/workflows and email campaigns to managing the website and brand social media channels.  The creative element including copywriting skills are essential with English mother tongue. There will also be light digital asset creation using Adobe and/or Canvas.

We are looking for a keen and motivated intern to work with our product team, specifically helping with the user flow experience.

You will have ideally studied UI and UX and be keen to gain experience working for an App Development company. You will be tasked with wire framing the user experience for new features and assisting the product management workflow through the business

Venue Champion

We are looking for enthusiastic, keen individuals to become our Venue Champions.

You will be on site to help our customers maximise the value of FETCH with absolute knowledge of the product, and you will promote high levels of quality customer engagement to ensure maximum usage.  You are our advocate and champion and will work directly with our sales and customer success teams to report back any issues, provide feedback from the venues and help them with any initial set-up issues.
