Customer Success Leader
We are looking for a Customer Success Leader to join the POS8 team.
The Customer Success Leader will manage a team of Customer Success staff and Venue Champions who will own the complete deployment, on-boarding, training processes and will build upon and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with all customers.

We are looking for an experienced Product Specialist to support the growing POS8 development team.
You will work directly with the CEO and design team to research and produce the best-in-class user interface and user experience. You will be tasked with wire framing the user experience for new features and assisting the product management workflow through the business. You will become an expert in our products, our customers' workflows, and how our products fit into those workflows.

Customer Success/Venue Champion
We are looking for enthusiastic, keen individuals to become our Venue Champions.
You will be on site to help our customers maximise the value of FETCH with absolute knowledge of the product, and you will promote high levels of quality customer engagement to ensure maximum usage. You are our advocate and champion and will work directly with our sales and customer success teams to report back any issues, provide feedback from the venues and help them with any initial set-up issues.
